• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR)
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price at the time of order is final

• Flash offers and discounts are applied automatically when active

4. Orders and Payments

Placing an Order

When you place an order:

• You select a subscription product and initiate a secure order
• You complete payment using an available method (eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, etc.)
• You upload a payment receipt as proof of transaction
• Your order status is updated as we process and verify payment

Payment Verification

Payments are manually verified by our team. This process typically takes 1–24 hours during business days. Once verified, your order status will be updated to "verified" and subsequently "delivered" when the subscription is activated.

Order Statuses

• Pending — awaiting payment or verification
• Verified — payment confirmed, order being processed
• Delivered — subscription activated and delivered
• Rejected — payment could not be verified

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use Digi Nepal for any illegal purpose
• Submit false payment proofs or fraudulent transaction IDs
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform
• Share or resell subscriptions purchased through Digi Nepal without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Digi Nepal name, logo, design, and content are the property of Digi Nepal. The digital products and subscriptions sold on our platform are the property of their respective owners. We are an authorized reseller and facilitator.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digi Nepal acts as a facilitator for digital subscriptions. We are not responsible for:

• Service outages or changes by the subscription providers
• Content or features of third-party products
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account (if proper security measures were not taken)

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform or its services
